Many people are not convinced that there are best times of the day to eat meals in order to lose fat. They argue that the amount of calories burned versus the amount of calories consumed is the number one factor for losing weight.
However for menopausal women, who have a higher appetite and find themselves overeating due to fluctuating hormones and sugar cravings, a regulated eating window and a timed eating schedule could possibly make a significant difference in their fat loss journey.
