Red Lentil Hummus

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 cup of split red lentils
  • lemon juice from 1 lemon
  • 80g of Tahini
  • 1 tablespoon of cumin
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt to taste
  • 3-4 tablespoons cold water to add for smoothing out the hummus and making it fluffy

 

Instructions:

 

1. Cook red lentils in 2 cups of water for 10-15 minutes until soft and tender, then drain.

2. Transfer lentils to a highspeed blender and add remaining ingredients then blend.

3. To serve, add a trickle of Olive oil and cumin
