Red Lentil Hummus

- 1 cup of split red lentils
- lemon juice from 1 lemon
- 80g of Tahini
- 1 tablespoon of cumin
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt to taste
- 3-4 tablespoons cold water to add for smoothing out the hummus and making it fluffy
Instructions:
1. Cook red lentils in 2 cups of water for 10-15 minutes until soft and tender, then drain.
2. Transfer lentils to a highspeed blender and add remaining ingredients then blend.
3. To serve, add a trickle of Olive oil and cumin
