Chocolate Chip Brownies

- 3 bananas
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup PB2 peanut butter powder
- Vegan bitter chocolate chips (handful)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180 °C
2. Mash the bananas in a small bowl.
3. Add cocoa powder and PB2 and mix until smooth
4. Top with chocolate chips
5. Bake for 25 minutes, let cool and firm up.
These brownies only have 4 ingredients and with the peanut powder, you have a lot of protein but with 90% less fat.
