Ingredients:

2 ripe avocados

1/3 cup cocoa powder

1/4 cup maple syrup or agave nectar

1/3 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk of your choice)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt
Instructions:

Scoop out the flesh of the ripe avocados and place them in a food processor or blender.

Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the avocados.

Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed to ensure everything is well combined.

Taste and adjust sweetness or cocoa content if necessary.

Chill the mousse in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Serve in individual bowls or glasses, and garnish with fresh berries or a sprinkle of cocoa powder if desired.
