Pumpkin puree
 Ingredients:
1 Hokkaido pumpkin
 
Instructions:
 
  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
  2. After washing the pumpkin, cut it in half and scoop out the pulp and the seeds
  3. Then lightly salt each inside half of the pumpkin and lay each half cut-side downward on parchment paper on a baking sheet and  bake for one hour
  4. Then scoop out the pumpkin fruit and add to a food processor and process until smooth
