Pumpkin Puree

1 Hokkaido pumpkin
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 200°C.

After washing the pumpkin, cut it in half and scoop out the pulp and the seeds

Then lightly salt each inside half of the pumpkin and lay each half cut-side downward on parchment paper on a baking sheet and bake for one hour

Then scoop out the pumpkin fruit and add to a food processor and process until smooth
